A woman in Oklahoma discovered a "half a cat" in her front yard in what she believes may have been an intentional act of cruelty. Tulsa resident Shelly Toth told local outlet KJRH that she often feeds stray and feral cats in her neighborhood, but some of her neighbors don't like having the cats around.
