Lil Nas X, born Montero Hill, was arrested and spent the weekend in jail following his hospitalization for a possible overdose last Thursday. On Aug. 25, four felony charges were filed, including three counts of battery with injury on a police officer, with the musician's arraignment set for later Monday, PEOPLE confirms.
