A Circle K clerk in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Fla., allegedly shot and killed an off-duty Edgewater Police Officer, David Jewell, because he was "having a bad day." The shooting took place at the gas station on Ocean Shore Boulevard around 4 p.m. local time on Monday, Sept. 15.
