A month and a half after Donald Nunney and Maria Galindo Nunney died while dropping off their eldest son, Noah, to college in North Carolina, their two youngest children are healing from the fatal accident. The 19-year-old college sophomore tells PEOPLE that he plans on filling for joint guardianship with his maternal grandmother.
