Kathleen McAllister, the cousin of Denise Richards' ex Aaron Phypers, testified on Oct. 6 during a court hearing regarding the reality star's restraining order against her estranged spouse. McAllister claimed she witnessed Phypers hit Richards and that he threatened to kill them.
