Bijou Phillips is seeking legal permission to change her daughter's last name to remove the surname of her ex, Danny Masterson. Masterson is in prison after being convicted of rape. Phillips, 45, filed on Friday, Oct. 24, to change her 11-year-old daughter's name from Fianna Masterson to Fianna Phillips.
